SHIPPING POLICY
Humane Tactical uses the United States Postal Service to deliver your product(s) in the most tailored way possible. Shipping charges vary according to weight (how many product units are ordered at the same time) and destination (international shipping is far more expensive than local shipping). Using the USPS to calculate your shipping charges ensures that the most accurate and fair costs will be determined for your specific order.
RETURNS
Only factory defects are authorized for returns. If Humane Tactical deems a non-functioning product to be the result of defective manufacturing, the customer shall have the option of a refund or a replacement product. If the customer simply changes his mind about the purchase, he will have to ship the product back to Humane Tactical at the address listed in the Contact page at his expense before he uses the product. Humane Tactical staff will inspect the returned product to determine if it can be restocked and resold. If it can, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price in the form a check mailed to his address. If the returned product cannot be restocked, it will be returned to the customer at no additional expense.
PRIVACY
Humane Tactical will never sell your personal or financial data. All information obtained from the customer will be strictly for the purpose of completing business with Humane Tactical. Some data may be used internally for analytics and reports to Humane Tactical company officers and its authorized business consultants.
